What I Like About CIS
Keonia Harvey

Hello, my name is Keonia Latres Harvey and I attend Stringfellow Elementary School in Moultrie Georgia. I am in the fifth grade and I am ten (10) years old. My parents are Sharonda & Cornelius Ponder. My birthday is August 29th.

I am going to tell you what I like most about the CIS program. I like CIS because it helps me to get good grades on my homework and I have even raised some of my grades to A's. My teachers always encourage me to do my homework slow and don't rush, because when I rush I always make careless mistakes. They even make learning fun by letting us play math games.

They have taught me to obey my teachers at school and respect my peers when they are speaking. Each month we learn new ways to build our character. CIS also teaches me to be healthy because the make sure we eat a healthy snack each day.

CIS is a nice place to come. We have very nice teachers here too. My teacher is Ms. Shay. she is the nicest teacher I have ever had in the program and I have been coming here since I was in the 2nd grade. She encourages us to be drug free and not to ever do drugs. I do not ever want to do drugs, but it is good that they always remind us anyways. CIS even helps me to keep my mouth closed when no one is talking to me.

Last year I had a great time writing this and I am having a great time writing it this year too. I plan to keep coming to this program until I get out of the 12th grade. I love this place so much, they are going to help me be a teacher one day, then maybe I can work for CIS.
